Our sap season is different because our wholesale orders have been cancelled from tourist season. One good thing from this is that there is less pressure to get more trees tapped and get it done quickly. There is a bit more time to take a break and have a picnic while tapping. This year, the kids are having fun learning about tapping the birch trees.
